As a member of Pharmadanmark you have the option of a coaching programme with an external coach. The provision is mainly aimed at people who are in a job, but who would like some coaching relevant to their continued career development. Maybe you want new challenges in your current job, or maybe you are considering switching to something completely different.
The coaching programme consists of a personality test followed by two conversations that help you set new goals and pursue them.
If you think that one-to-one professional discussion and feedback sound fascinating and challenging, then Pharmadanmark’s mentoring program might suit you.
The purpose of the program is to create networking relationships across seniority and fields of work. There are great opportunities for mutual benefit. On the one hand, the mentor shares his or her knowledge, at the same time as being challenged by a ‘new generation’. Meanwhile, on the other hand, the mentee is assisted in his or her progress.
Som apoteksansat hører man til det nye lønsystem, som består af skalaløn, funktionstillæg, kvalifikationstillæg og resultatløn. Ny løn er tænkt som et redskab, der kan understøtte udviklingen af apoteket og de ansatte, således at der kan ydes den bedst mulige service over for kunderne. Ny Løn skal understøtte dynamikken på apoteket. Det er aftalt centralt, at anvendelsen af midlerne skal aftales lokalt, hvilket indebærer, at der skal indgås en skriftlig aftale mellem apotekeren og farmaceuten. Apotekerforeningen har udarbejdet en aftaleskabelon, der kan anvendes.
