Salary

Salaries and working conditions vary from one place of employment to the other. In many private companies you will not be offered a collective agreement. Here you must - in collaboration with Pharmadanmark - negotiate your own contract. Are you employed in the public sector or at a private pharmacy, you are covered by an agreement.

Are you employed outside of the collective agreement area, there is no minimum wage.  As a private employee, you often negotiate your own salary.

It is important to us that you know your market and you get the right salary. Therefore we offer two helpful tools:

  1. The salary survey is issued every year in December. It gathers the salary surveys for members of Pharmadanmark employed at private companies, in the public sector and at private pharmacies.
  2. The interactive salary calculator helps private employees calculate their salary.
    Our reference tool enables you to see what other public employees earn under the criteria you choose.
